Abstract： This study focuses on the promotion management of intelligent distribution and rural power grid projects， analyzing the key links and core elements in the project promotion process， and exploring the enhancing effect of intelligent technology applications on the efficiency and quality of distribution and rural power grid project management. Through research， optimization strategies and suggestions are proposed to promote the intelligent and efficient advancement of distribution and rural power grid projects， providing strong support for the sustainable development of the electric power industry.
