浅析水库工程管理现代化

摘要：实现水库工程管理现代化是新时期水利高质量发展的必然要求，要以“十六字”治水方针为指导，坚持人水和谐，运用先进水文化和新时期治水理念来引领、先进技术装备和手段来驱动、科学管理思想来规范管理行为。文章结合龙河口水库实际，初步提出了工程管理现代化解决思路。

Analysis on Modernization of Reservoir Engineering Management

Abstract： Realizing the modernization of reservoir project management is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new era. It is necessary to take the "16-character" water management policy as the guide， adhere to the harmony of people and water， and use advanced water culture and the guidance of water management concepts in the new era， advanced technology equipment and means to drive， and scientific management thinking to standardize management behavior. Based on the actual situation of Longhekou Reservoir， this paper puts forward the solution of project management modernization.
