摘要：文章基于神经网络的非线性映射优势，引入径向基函数而提出了一种高效的电网IT资产安全漏洞监测方法。借助径向基函数能够更加准确地对目标区域内的资产分布进行了解，进而提高漏洞风险评估以及其影响涉及范围确定的可靠性和精度。

Abstract： In this paper， the advantages of nonlinear mapping of neural network. In the process of security vulnerability detection. The analysis of the radial basis function can significantly improve the research accuracy， more accurate understanding and care of the asset distribution in the target area， and then improve the reliability and accuracy of the vulnerability risk assessment and the impact of the range determination.
