面向高端装备制造企业的仓储管理系统设计与应用

摘要：文章针对高端装备制造企业生产过程中仓储库存管理需求，设计了仓储管理系统，从系统总体架构、系统主体功能两个方面进行设计分析，并给出主要设计思路。该系统可以使得高端装备制造领域企业在车间级物料管理方面，实现车间物料柔性化、精益化、透明化管理目标。

Design and Application of Warehouse Management System for High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract： In view of the storage inventory management requirements in the production process of a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise， the storage management system is designed and applied， and the design analysis is carried out from two aspects： the overall architecture of the system， the main functions of the system and the main design ideas are given. The implementation of this system can enable high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve the goal of flexible， lean and transparent management of workshop materials in workshop level material management.

随着行业的发展和扩容，高端装备制造企业的多品种变批量生产制造模式对仓库物料[1]的管理要求日益增高，伴随着RFID技术[2，3]、条码扫描识别技术[4]、自动化物流技术[5]、物联网技术[6，7]在企业车间仓储管理业务中的逐步深入应用，智能化在仓储管理系统获得广泛关注，对仓库实行智能化管理[5]成为了重中之重。（剩余3456字）
