面向高端装备制造企业的仓储管理系统设计与应用

摘要:文章针对高端装备制造企业生产过程中仓储库存管理需求,设计了仓储管理系统,从系统总体架构、系统主体功能两个方面进行设计分析,并给出主要设计思路。该系统可以使得高端装备制造领域企业在车间级物料管理方面,实现车间物料柔性化、精益化、透明化管理目标。

Design and Application of Warehouse Management System for High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract: In view of the storage inventory management requirements in the production process of a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise, the storage management system is designed and applied, and the design analysis is carried out from two aspects: the overall architecture of the system, the main functions of the system and the main design ideas are given. The implementation of this system can enable high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve the goal of flexible, lean and transparent management of workshop materials in workshop level material management.

随着行业的发展和扩容,高端装备制造企业的多品种变批量生产制造模式对仓库物料[1]的管理要求日益增高,伴随着RFID技术[2,3]、条码扫描识别技术[4]、自动化物流技术[5]、物联网技术[6,7]在企业车间仓储管理业务中的逐步深入应用,智能化在仓储管理系统获得广泛关注,对仓库实行智能化管理[5]成为了重中之重。(剩余3456字)
