基于OPC UA技术的铁路客车蓄电池测试系统设计

摘要:文章提出了一套基于OPC UA的标准化架构,可以将各个分散的检测过程数据进行整合,实现实时互通。利用标准的OPC UA架构,实现对各不同种类的蓄电池在不同检修工艺下的统一管理,设计了一套工艺扩展灵活、设备搭配自由的铁路客车蓄电池检修测试标准系统。

Design of Battery Testing System for Railway Passenger Cars Based on OPC UA Technology

Abstract: This paper proposes a standardized architecture based on OPC UA, which can integrate the scattered detection process data to achieve real-time interoperability. The standard OPC UA architecture is used to realize the unified management of different types of batteries under different maintenance processes, and complete a set of railway passenger car battery maintenance test standard system with flexible process expansion and free equipment collocation.
