一卡通系统在油库装车现场的应用

摘要：一卡通系统是一种新兴的自动化管理系统，在油库储运自动化装车现场发挥着越来越大的作用。油库装车现场有各类子系统，完成对现场各种仪表设备数据的实时采集与监控。一卡通系统能够通过其自身的逻辑流程控制功能，提高管理效率，降低运营成本，促进企业的信息化管理，提高企业的自动化管理水平。

Research and Application of All-in-one Card System in Oil Depot Loading Site

Abstract： The all-in-one card system is a new automatic management system， which plays a more and more important role in the automatic loading site of oil depot storage and transportation. It integrates various subsystems in the oil depot loading site， thus completing the real-time collection and monitoring of various instrument and equipment data on the site， And through its own logic process control function， it improves management efficiency， reduces operating costs， promotes enterprise information management， and improves enterprise automation management level.

油库罐区以往常用SCADA系统作为自控系统，按照其上下位机软硬件分化出三层结构：上位机监控系统、中心层PLC控制层、底层硬件仪表设备等[1]。（剩余4131字）
