摘要：文章以大数据为背景，进行数据治理现状及面临的网络安全威胁分析，并提出了具体的网络安全措施，以增强数据安全治理效果，为数据资源的开发利用打好提前量。

1  大数据背景下数据治理面临的现状

1.1 数据量大且类型多

在大数据背景下，各行各业大量运用信息化工具，如财务管理系统、办公系统、生产系统、业务系统、客户系统等，每天形成大量且类型复杂的数据，如图片、视频、数字、图文等，且大数据资源处于动态变化之中。（剩余4580字）
