应急通信发展现状和技术手段探析

摘要：随着科学技术的发展，通信技术的水平得到了大幅提升，这不但改变了通信手段，而且应用范围更加广泛，尤其是应急通信在突发事件发生后，提供更安全可靠的通信保障。以此为背景，文章结合国内外应急通信发展现状进行简要探讨，对我国应急通信技术发展提出相关思考。

Analysis on the Development Status and Technical Means of Emergency Communication

Abstract： With the development of science and technology， the level of communication technology has been greatly improved. It not only changes the means of communication， but also has a wider range of applications. Especially， emergency communication can provide a more secure and reliable communication guarantee after an emergency. Based on this background， the article will briefly discuss the current situation of emergency communication at home and abroad， and put forward relevant thinking for the technical development of emergency communication in China.

近年来，我国应急通信技术水平不断提高，在出现暴雪、地震、新冠疫情等灾害时，均展现出较强的通信能力，但是相较于我国社会发展相关规定还是有一定的差距与不足，因此，我国应急通信能力急需快速地发展和提高。（剩余3269字）
