摘要：文章主要对广播电视安全播出进行概述，提出相关要求，基于安全播出技术的特点明确相应的影响因素，并提出有效的维护管理对策，旨在进一步推动广播电视安全播出技术的应用发展，为相关单位及人员提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract： The article mainly summarizes the safe broadcasting of radio and television， puts forward relevant requirements， clarifies corresponding influencing factors based on the characteristics of safe broadcasting technology， and puts forward effective maintenance and management countermeasures， aiming to further promote the application and development of safe broadcasting technology of radio and television， and provide reference for relevant units and personnel.
