摘要:随着城镇化建设的不断推进,建筑智能化程度得到极大提升,通过应用物联网、计算机网络、现代通信等技术,建筑设备的控制及优化得以实现,满足了使用者对建筑监控、管理和信息传递的需要,为医院后勤管理者带来了一种新的管理模式。

Abstract: With the continuous advancement of urbanization, the degree of building intelligence has been greatly improved. Through the application of Internet of things, computer network, modern communication and other technologies, the control and optimization of building equipment have been realized, which meets the needs of users for building monitoring, management and information transmission, and brings a new management mode to logistics managers.
