关于智能呼叫中心的设计与实现分析
摘要:随着我国科技水平的不断提高,在新时期下要迎合时代发展趋势,加强对智能呼叫中心的精心设计,在不同节点融入先进的技术方案,加快信息传输的速度,从而满足后续呼叫管理的要求以及标准,因此在实际工作中要考虑实际的功能,需要逐渐地调整当前的设置方案,更加贴合日常的使用需求。
