事业单位专业技术人才培训与开发探析

摘要:事业单位是肩负着社会职能的组织,其人才队伍的建设对国家的发展有着重要意义。培训与开发作为人才培养的一个重要环节,必须与国家关于人才培养的新要求相适应。文章运用现代人力资源管理中培训与开发理论,在分析当前事业单位人才培训与开发存在不足的基础上,提出了事业单位人才培训与开发的优化建议。

Analysis on Training and Development Methods of Technical Talents in Public Institutions

Abstract: Public institutions act as organizations that shoulder social functions, and their construction of talent teams is of great significance to the development of our country. As an important part of talent cultivation, training and development must adapt to the new requirements of the state on talent cultivation. This paper uses the theories of training and development in modern human resource management to analyze the existing problems of training and development in current public institutions, therefore putting forward some related approaches to optimize the training and development in public institutions.
