基于PPM和比例控制的双电磁阀气动伺服控制方法

摘要:文章基于PPM相位调制方法和比例控制方法,搭建了气动控制系统并在此基础上进行了实验验证。实验结果证明,采用这种控制方法的控制系统相较于单电磁阀控制系统,拥有更低的延迟和气压峰值,也证明了这种控制方法的可行性。

Double Solenoid Valve Pneumatic Servo Control Method Based on PPM and Proportional Control

Abstract: Based on the PPM phase modulation method and the proportional control method, a pneumatic control system is built. And on this basis, the experiment was verified. The experimental results prove that the control system using this control method has lower delay and pressure peaks than the single solenoid valve control system. Prove the feasibility of this control method.
