开放数据竞赛的推广生态变化及其策略的适应性优化研究
——以“慧源共享”全国高校开放数据创新研究大赛为例

Abstract Using theoretical analysis andcase studymethods,this paper examines significant changes inthe promotional ecology ofopen data competitions and proposes adaptive optimizations to their promotion strategies.Taking the Huiyuan SharingNationalOpenData InnovationCompetitionforCollegesandUniversitiesasanexample,itanalyzestheapplication of these strategies in practice.Thepaper finds thatchanges in the promotional ecologyare mainlyreflected in intensified categorycompetition,diversified participant profiles,integrated communication media,comprehensive participant demands,sustained event processs,heterogeneous open data sources,and flatter organizational structures. Correspondinglyadaptiveoptimizationsofpromotionstrategiesfocusonhighlight-basedpromotion,integratedmedia campaigns,bandbuilding,wave-likepasedpromotion,alueaddedpproaches,colaborativepromotion,andstandrdized promotion.The case study demonstrates the practical application and effectiveness of these optimized strategies.
