Research on the Optimization of Barrier-Free Movie Services in Public Libraries Based on User Experience Maps

AbstractToenhance thequalityand inclusivenessofpublicculturalservices，this paper takes barier-free movie services in public librariesasacase study.Byobserving theparticipation processofvisuallyimpairedusers andconducting surveys and interviews，the paper constructs user profiles and develops a user experience map.This map visualizes users’ interactivebehaviorsandemotionalstates，andanalyzessatisfactionpoints，pain points，andopportunitypointsacross three stages： before，during，andafter themovie experience.Basedonthisanalysis，thepaperproposes service optimization strategies from three dimensions： creating emotional peaks， mitigating negative lows，and shaping positive endings.
