Abstract： The transportation routes in Southern served as vital linkages， integrating upstream downstream industrial resources the tin mining sector. These routes constitute significant historical material evidence the region’s integration into the global industrial network.However，the discontinuation traditional transport routes ancient post stations has precipitated the spatial decline settlements along these corridors a disruption in cultural order. Consequently， the preservation historical cultural heritage driven by the tin industry faces numerous challenges. Against this backdrop， this study focuses on the “Zouchang Road” Southern the associated rural heritage along its path. Utilizing multi-source evidence-based research， it examines the correlation between the settlement patterns，architectural characteristics， cultural practices along the“Zouchang Road"during the Ming-Qing to Republican periods the prevailing tin industry culture. The research further delineates the interaction mechanisms among industrial， spatial， cultural factors throughout the spatio-temporal evolution the route. This analysis provides a scholarly foundation for further elucidating the value tin industry-driven rural heritage in Southern for advancing integrated conservation presentation strategies that consolidate fragmentedheritageresources.
