【AbstractColesterol，sanimportantomponentofcellmmbranes，playsultifacetedrole ineditingumorimmunomulatio anddrugnterventio.Inaseofhoesterolmetabolicimbalane，teaccumulatioofolesterolmetabolicintermediates，thang inconcentratios，ndtegulatioofelatedignalingpathayscanecttumorimmunitybypromotingifammatioandiing immunecellfnction.Preclinicalandclicalstudieshaveshowthatcontrolingcholesterolmetabolismcaninhbit tumorrowthreshapebodyimuneregulationandehanceantitumorimmunity.Adeepunderstandingoftheasociationbetweeimmunecsand cholesterolmetabolicpathwaysinthetumoricroenvironmentcanhelptodevelopnoveldrugs targetingcholesterolmetabolism.This articlereviewstheultifacetedoleofcholesterolanditsdrivedmetabolitesinthetumormicroenvironmentbyregulatingarious typesofimmunecellschasyelidderiedsuppressrcels，moasociatedmacropages，dendriccels，ndT-lypoytes， as wellasthecharacteristicsoftumorimmunomodulationmediatedbycholesterolmetabolismandtheadvancesinpharmaceuticalresearch on improving the immune function of the body by intervening againstcholesterol，inorderto furtherprovidenewideasanda therapeutic basis for cholesterol modulation and intervention in tumor immunotherapy.
