【Abstractsemicstroke（I）iscommoncerebrovasulardiseaseanditspathogenesisiloselysociatedwithbraineldeat duetoinsuffciencyofrebralbloodsupply.Inetyears，ellapptosishasecomeaesearchhotspotinthepatogensisfIS. TheB-cellympho-2（Bcl-2）familyproteisassociatedwithcellapoptosisaeteeyregulatorsfoapoptosisandarealyin volvedintheintrisicapoptoticpathwayandtheyegulatecellapoptosisbymediatingthetwopathwaysofitochondrialbane permeabilityandCa+overlad，therebydelaying theprogresionofIS.Startingfromtheanti-apoptotic mechanismsofBcl-2family proteins，thisarticlesummaresthesearchdvancesintraditioalChinesemedicinfortepeventionandtreatmentofSbyregulatingB-cellymphoa-2familyproteinsfromtheaspectsofthestructuralfeaturesofcl-2familyproteins，teirantiapoptoticole in IS，ndtraditional Cnese medicieregulation.TheresultsshowthattheantiapoptoticstrategiesinImainlyfocusonthergulationofBcl-2andBaproteisndoomersofineseherbs，traditioalCinesemedicineetractsndcompondraditiolChnesemedicineprescriptionswereusedforreatment，whichfurtherconfimsthegreatpotentialof taditionalChinesemedicinenthe prevention and treatment of IS and providesa theoretical basis for future experimental research and clinical treatment.

缺血性脑卒中（ischemicstroke，IS）是指因脑供血中断，侧支循环不充分，脑组织因缺血缺氧导致局部梗死的脑血管疾病，伴随一系列神经系统症状，临床可见单侧肢体无力或麻木、单侧面部麻木或口角歪斜等表现，是全球致死率和致残率第二高的疾病，为社会健康和患者家庭带来巨大压力[1-2。（剩余15985字）
