【AbstractAeer’sdsease（AD）isaighlydstructieneurodegenrativedsoder，nuetitsoplexpathologcientreatment，itigetxploergetsatatldestotcuseftisaseIetyarsmsstud ieshaveshowthattrigeingreceptorexpressdonmyelodcells（EM2）inmicroglialcellshasthefunctionofelyingepro gresionofAD，anditsaboralityplaysakeyoleintedevelopmentandprogresionofAD，withapotentialofbeingusedasataret forthetreatmentofAD.TisarticlereviewstheiologicalcharacteristicsofTREM2anddiscuesitsimportantroleintetejor pathologicalfeaturesofADanditspotetialasatargetforAtreatmentinodertoepntheunderstandingofteoleofEM2in AD and provide a theoretical reference for exploring new targets for AD treatment in the future.
