The Reltionship Between Humn Cpitl， Knowledge Agglomertion， ndEnterpriseTechnologiclInnovtion： From the Perspective of Orgniztionl Joint Dependence

Abstract：Thisarticleisbasedonthe theoryof humancapitalandresource dependence，withknowledge aglomerationas the mediatingvariableandorganizationaljointdependenceas themoderatingvariable，toanalyzetheintrinsic mechanism ofhuman capital on enterprise technological innovation.Basedon the innovation practicedata of Chineseenterprises， empirical analysis is conducted through methodssuch as hierarchical regresion and Bootstrap.Theresultsshow that compared to experts，generalists haveastronger positive promoting efectonenterprisetechnological innovation;talents havea stronger positive promoting efect on knowledge accumulationagglomeration，while generalists haveastronger positive promoting effctonknowledgedisseminationagglomeration;compared to knowledgeaccumulationagglomeration， knowledge dissemination aggomeration has a stronger positive promoting effct onenterprise technological innovation， andbothplayapartial mediatingrole between humancapitalandenterprise technological innovation；meanwhile， organizational jointdependence positivelymoderates the impactof knowledge aglomerationonenterprisetechnological innovation and the mediating role of knowledge agglomeration.
