ImpactofPrivate Economy on New QualityProductiveForces

Abstract： Asa new force to promote Chinese modernization and an important foundation for high-qualitydevelopment， private economy plays an important role in cultivating newqualityproductive forces.The article uses 2O11-2023 provincialpaneldatafromChinatoconstructadualfixedeffectsmodelandamoderationefectmodel，empiricalltesting the impact and mechanism of the private economyonnew quality productive forces.Research has found thatthe private economycontributes to the promotionofnewquality productive forces，with thegreatest impactontechnological productivity，followedbydigitalproductivity.Thepromotionof greenproductivityisnotsignificant.Theseconclusionsstillold trueafter robustness and endogeneitytests.Mechanismanalysis shows that entrepreneurshipand business environment canenhance the promoting efectof private economy onnewquality productive forces;heterogeneitystudies have shown that inregions with higherlevels of newqualityproductive forces，theeasternand southern regions，theprivateeconomy has a greater promoting efect on new quality productive forces.On this basis，policyrecommendations are proposed to strengthenthedominantpositionofprivateenterprisesintechnologicalinnovation，stimulateandprotecttheinovative spirit of private entrepreneurs，optimize thebusiness environment，and improve theinstitutional mechanisms to support private enterprises incultivating new quality productiveforces，providing decision-making references for accelerating the formation of newqualityproductive forces.
