The Impact of High-Level Opening Up on the High-Quality Development of Low Altitude Economy

Abstract：High-level opening up to theoutside world isan importantdriving force for promoting high-quality developmentof China'slow altitude economy.Basedon paneldata from 3O provinces in China from2O11 to 2023，this articlesystematicallyanalyzes the impactof high-levelopeninguponthehigh-qualitydevelopmentof thelowaltitude economyusing bidirectionalfixedeffectsmodel，mediationefectmodel，andmoderationefectmodel.Theresearch results showthat high-levelopeningupto theoutside worldhasapromoting effectonthehigh-qualitydevelopmentof the lowaltitudeeconomy;incoastal areas andregionswith a higherdegree of marketization，high-levelopeningup to the outside world plays amore prominent role in promoting high-qualitydevelopment of the lowaltitude economy; new quality productiveforces isachannelfor promoting high-qualitydevelopmentoflowaltitude economythrough high-level opening uptotheoutsideworld;tax incentives canpositivelyregulate the promoting effctofhigh-levelopening upon the high-qualitydevelopmentoflowaltitudeeconomy.Based onthis，thearticle proposes suggestions such aspromoting the coordinateddevelopmentof "stabilizing foreigntrade"and"stabilizing foreigninvestment"，focusingonimplementing regionaldiferentiated development strategies，andactivating thedividendsofopeninguptotheoutside worldthrough market-oriented reforms.
