Driving Mechanism of Talent Integration in Yangtze River Delta Under the Perspective of Multidimensional Proximity

Abstract:ThearticleisbasedonthedataoftheYangtzeRiverDeltaurbanagglomerationfrom2O10to2O23 toconstruct atalent integration network inthe YangtzeRiverDelta.TheQAPanalysis methodis used to empirically testthedriving mechanismof multidimensionalproximityontalentintegratio.Researchhas foundthatthetightnessofthetalentintegrationnetworkintheYangtzeRiverDeltaisgraduallincreasing,andtheleveloftalentintegrationisontherise.However, the talent integration network is notyet perfect,showing anon-equilibriumof overall weak conections andlocal strong connections; geographical proximityconomic proximity,technological proximitynd information proximityhaveasignificantpromotingefectontalent integrationintheYangtzeRiverDelta,whileinstitutionalproximityhasaninvertedUshaped impactontalent integration in the YangtzeRiverDelta;due to factors suchas urban sizeandlocationcharacteristics,theimpactofmultidimensionalproximityontalentintegrationpresentsurbanheterogeneity.Basedonthis,sugestionsareproposed tooptimize regional connectivitynetworksand implement targeted policiesaccording tolocal conditions,in order to provide useful references for promoting the deep development of talent integration.
