DengFude',YanZhilan² 'DepartmentofLaboratoryMedicine,Anyuan CountyPeople'sHospital,Ganzhou342ioo,China;²Departmentof Laboratory Medicine,Yongxiu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Ganzhou 3421oo,China 【Abstract】Objective To analyze and explore the value of the combined diagnosis of benignand malignant lung tumors by three tumor markers,cytokeratin19 fragment (CYFRA21-1),carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),and neuron-specific enolase (NSE).MethodsA total of 7O lung cancer patients admited to our hospital from January 2024 to November 2O24 were retrospectively included as the research subjects of the observation group,and 70 patients with benign lung lesionsduring the same period were selected as thecontrol group.The levels of CYFRA21- 1,CEA,and NSEin patientswith diferent lesion conditionsand different pathological characteristics were compared.The receiver operating characteristic (ROC)curve was ploted to analyze the value of three tumor markers in diagnosing benign and malignant lung tumors.ResultsThe levels ofserum CYFRA21-1,CEAand NSE inthe observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).There were statistically significant differences inthelevelsofCYFRA21-1,CEA andNSEamong patients with differenttumordiameters,pathological stages and pathological types in the observation group (all P<0.05 ). The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve (AUC) values of CYFRA21-1, CEA and NSE for diagnosing benign and malignant lung tumors were 0.772, 0.703andO.698,respectively,and theAUC values fordiagnosing thediameteroflung tumors were 0.712,0.670and 0.698,respectively.The AUC values of the combineddiagnosis were O.837 and O.814 respectively,which were significantly higher than those ofthesingledetection.ConclusionThecombined detectionofthree tumor markers (CYFRA21-1,CEA,NSE) has certain application value in the diagn-osis of benignand malignant lung tumors.
