25羟基维生素 D3与2型糖尿病患者肾功能指标的相关性分析

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 [25(OH)D3] and renal function indexes inpatientswith type2 diabetesmelitus (T2DM).MethodsA total of 8O patients with type 2 diabetes melitus in our hospital from November 2023 to November 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the normal group (n=31), the trace group ( n=27 ),and thelarge amount group ( n =22)using the quantitative urinary albumin (24h-UAE) as the grouping criterion. The 25(OH)D3 and renal function indexes of the patients in the3 groups were tested separately,and thecorrelation between them was analyzed.ResultsThere were no significant differences in the comparison of gender percentage, age, HbA1c and HDL-C indexes among the 3 groups ( P >0.05),while the comparison of the rest of the indexes showed significant differences ( P <0.05). In the trace group,only 25(OH)D3 was lower than those of the normal group ( P <0.05),and the rest of the indexes were not significantly different in comparison with the normal group ( P>0.05 ); in the large amount group,only gender, age, HbA1c,and HDL-C were not significantly diferent from that of the normal group and the trace group ( P >0.05), and the rest of the indexes were significantly higher than those of the normal group and the trace group ( P <0.05).Pearson Results of correlation analysis showed that25(OH)D3 showed negative correlation withBUN,SCr,UA,and β2-MG indexes( r= -0.221,-0.493,-0.198,-0.405,P<0.05).ConclusionPatientswith type2 diabetes melltus with 25 (OH)D3 deficiency have significantabnormalities inrenal function indexes andahigher risk of nephropathy,which deserves attention in the clinic.
