多模态超声对乳腺良恶性结节的鉴别诊断及在不同Ki-67表达的恶性结节中的特征

Differential diagnosis of benignand malignant breast nodules bymultimodal ultrasonography and the characteristicsofKi-67expressionindifferentmalignantnodules

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diffrential diagnosis of benignand malignant breast nodules by multimodal ultrasoundandthediferenceof proliferatingcellnuclearantigen 67(Ki-67) expression inmalignant nodules.MethodsEighty-six patients with high-risk malignant breast nodulesadmited toourhospital from July 2021 to July 2O24 were selected.All patientsunderwent surgical resection,received multimodal ultrasonography before surgery,andunderwent pathological diagnosisaftersurgery,the diagnosisof 86 patientswasanalyzed, includingthedifferentialdiagnosisefectofmultimodalultrasoundinbenignandmalignantbreastnodules,and the characteristicsof multimodal ultrasound in patients withdiffrentexpressonlevelsofKi-67inmalignant nodules. ResultsInthe diferential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules,the accuracyof multimodal ultrasound was 96.51% ,thespecificitywas 96.08% ,and the sensitivitywas 97.14% ,whichwerehigherthanthose of conventional ultrasound,ultrasound elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound alone ( P <0.05). In the routine ultrasound examination of malignant nodules,the tumor size and marginalburrsign of Ki-67 high expression group were higher than those of Ki-67 low expression group( P <0.05).The hard ring sign of Ki-67 high expression group was higher than that of Ki-67 low expression group ( P <0.05).Contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed that the perfusion defect rate of Ki-67 high expression group was higher than that of Ki-67 low expression group ( P <0.05). Conclusion

Inthediffrentialdiagnosisofbenignandmalignantbreast nodules,multimodalultrasoundhasgoodapplication value,andthefindingsofmultimodalultrasoundarerelated totheexpressionlevelofKi-67inmalignant nodules, which can provide more references for the prognosis evaluation of patients.
