【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and explore the current situation of teaching innovation abilityof young teachers in medical universities,and propose improvement strategies.MethodsFrom September to November 2024,212 young teachers from 4 medical universities in Shanxi Province were selectedas the survey participants. Theself-made general information questionnaire,teacher ceativityscale,and teacher creative teaching behavior scale were used to investigate the current situation of teaching innovation ability of young teachers in medical universities,and improvement strategies for teaching innovation ability were proposed.ResultsThe total scoreof creativity of young teachers in medical universities was 45.46±7.10 ; the total score of creative teaching behavior ability of young teachers in medical universities was 82.39±17.21 .ConclusionThe creativity and creative teaching behavior abilityof young teachers in medicaluniversities are atagenerallevel.Measures should be taken to improve the teaching innovation ability of young teachers in medical universities.
