乳腺原发性腺泡细胞癌3例临床病理及文献复习

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features acinic cellcarcinoma the breast， andtoreviewtheliterature toprovidereferencefortheclinicaldiagnosisandtreatmentaciniccellcarcinoma the breast.Methodsclinicopathological data3 patientswithbreastaciniccellcarcinoma diagnosedand treated in People's from January2O23 to July2O24 werereviewed，andtheclinical characteristics and post-treatment folow-upresults the disease were analyzed according to thepathological manifestations and diagnosis and treatment process the patients.Results histological morphology breast acinic cellcarcinoma was diverse，mostlymicroadenoidal，tubularandcyst-likestructuresinfiltrating interstitialgrowth，ndosinophilic secretions could be seen in it，and solid and cord-like structures were seen inone case，and tumorcells were rich in cytoplasm，bichromatic or vacuole-like，with round nucleus and obvious nucleoli.One case was accompanied by multifocalaggregation lymphocytes.Immunophenotype： tumorcels in 3cases were negativefor ERand HER-2，2 cases were PR negative，1 case was PR 20%+ ），α1-antichymotrypsin and lysozyme were diffuse and strong positive in 3 cases，myoepithelial markersand Collagen IV were negative，and the Ki-67 value-added index was 40% ＼～70%.

ConclusionBreastaciniccellcarcinoma gene mutation is highlyoverlapping with triple-negative breast cancer （TNBC），suggesting that breastaciniccell carcinoma may be a more aggressive TNBC precursor.
