【Abstract】Objective To investigate the occupational health status of anesthesiologists in Taiyuan，analyze thepossibleinfluencing factors，andprovide theoretical basis forimproving thehealthlevelofanesthesiologists. MethodsTwo hundredand sixteenanesthesiologists from7hospitals in Taiyuan wereselected in this study，and their health status，common diseases，age andother general conditions，familyand working environment，working hoursand other working factors were investigated viaquestionnaire survey.Theanesthesiologists were grouped according to whether they wereillor not，and the overall occupational health statusof anesthesiologistswas analyzed.ResultsA total of216 questionairs were distributed and183 were collcted，with arespons or keteof （20号 84.72% .Among them，159 questianairs were valid，with an effective rate of 86.89% .The top five diseases of anesthesiologists surveyed were upper respiratory tract infection （27.04% ），fattyliver （23.27% ），hyperlipidemia （20 （20.12% ），neurasthenia （16.35 % ），and hypertension 15.72% ）. There were significant differences in the prevalence of anesthesiologists surveyed in terms of unhealthy lifestyle habits，atention to theirown physique，hobbies，family burden，age，professional title，workingyears，promotionof professional title，humanresourceallcation，anesthesia operation duration，and night shift frequency P<0.05 ）.ConclusionThe health status of anesthesiologistsisnot optimistic.Theprevalence of anesthesiologists is affected bymanyfactors.With the growth ofage，the extensionof working hours and years，and the accumulation of family and promotion pressure，the risk of disease increases. Anesthesiologists'illnessisrelated tounhealthylifestylehabits，insuficient attention tophysical fitness，and lack of recreational activities，suggesting that they lack self-care awareness，andshould actively learnthe basic knowledgeand skilsofoccupational health protection，soas to enhance their ability ofself-protection.
