【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis indirectinguinal hernia.MethodsAretrospectiveanalysiswasconducted tocolectclinicaldata78patients withindirectinguinal hernia whounderwent surgical treatmentat Xinmi Hospital Traditional Chinese Medicine fromFebruary 2O22 to February 2024.All patients underwent high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination beforesurgery,thesurgical resultswereregardedasthegoldstard.Thediagnosticeffcacyusinghighfrequency color Dopplerultrasound combined with diagnosis indirectinguinal hernia wasanalyzed.ResultsThe surgicalresultsconfirmed thatamong the78 patientswith indirect inguinal hernia,48cases were prone to recurrent hernia, accounting for 61.5% .Sixteen cases refractory hernia,accounting for 20.5% .Nine cases were incarcerated hernias,accounting for 11.5% .Fivecases were strangulated hernias,accounting for 6.4% . The overall accuracy high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing indirect inguinal hernia classification was 87.2% ,with accuracies 93.6%,89.7%, 92.3% , 98.7% for easily recurrent hernia,difficult recurrent hernia,incarcerated hernia, strangulated hernia, respectively. The sensitivities were 91.7% , 81.3% , 77.8% , 80.0% ,respectively. The specificity was 96.7%, 91.9 % 94.2% , 100.0% ,respectively. The consistency between high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis indirect inguinal hernia clasification surgical results was good (Kappa=0.778,P <0.001).ConclusionHigh-frequency color Doppler ultrasound has certain diagnostic value for the classification indirect inguinal hernia has important guiding significance for the development clinical treatment plans.

腹股沟疝以斜疝较为常见,其发生与腹壁薄弱及长期腹腔内高压有关,随着病情进展,疝块可逐渐增大,易发生嵌顿,引起腹腔组织器官缺血、坏死[1]。(剩余4949字)
