Effcacy of digital radiographyand multislicespiral computed tomography in the diagnosis of complex hip fracture

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the diagnostic efficacy of digital radiography (DR)and multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) incomplex hip fractures.MethodsEighty-two patientswith complex hip fracture admitted toour hospital from January 2O23 to January 2O24 were retrospectively selected as the studysubjects.All patients underwent DR and MSCT examination.Thediagnostic accuracy of DR and MSCT was compared for detecting complexhip fractures,aswellas their performance in identifying fracture sitesand types.Results Among 82 patients with complex hip fracture,67 cases were diagnosed by DR diagnosis,the accuracy rate was (2号 81.71% ,and 80 cases were diagnosed by MSCT diagnosis, the accuracy rate was 97.6% , the accuracy rate of MSCT diagnosiswashigher thanthat ofDR( χ2 =11.091,P=O.Oo1).Among67patientswith complexhip fracturediagnosed byDR,57 patients with complex hip fracture were diagnosed correctly,with an accuracy rate of 85.17% ; Among 80 patientswith complexhipfracture diagnosed by MSCT,78 patients with correct fracturesite were diagnosed correctly, with anaccuracy rate of 97.5%.The accuracy of MSCT in diagnosing complex hip fracture was higher than thatofDR( χ2 =7.509,P=0.O15).Among the67 patients with complex hip fracture diagnosedbyDR,52cases had thecorrect fracture type diagnosis,with an accuracy rate of 77.6% ;among the 8O patientswith complex hip fracture diagnosed by MSCT,77 cases had the correct fracture type diagnosis,with an accuracy rate of 96.3% .Theaccuracy of MSCT in diagnosing complex hip fracture types was higher than DR ( χ∠ =11.788,P=0.001). Conclusion Compared with DR diagnosis,MSCT has higher accuracy in diagnosing complex hip fractures and fracture types.

髋关节骨折的原因通常为交通事故、高处坠落等暴力损伤所致,髋关节内含有丰富的血管和神经,其解剖结构复杂,若得不到及时有效的治疗可能增加致残的风险,因而及时准确诊断极为重要[1-2]。(剩余6728字)
