【Abstract】 Optical coherence tomography angiography （OCTA）， as an advanced non -invasive ophthalmic imagingtechnology，detectsblood flow dynamicsin the microvasculature oftheretinaandchoroid.It has demonstrated significant diagnostic value in the early detectionof diseases suchas diabetic retinopathy，macular degeneration，and retinal veinoclusion，providinga basis for earlyintervention.Additionally，OCTA's early diagnostic capabilityreduces reliance on invasive examinationsand offers a safe，efective，andreproducible assessment tool for ocular diseases.
