【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the rehabilitation management process with the help of information technologyandPDCAcycletheorysoas toimprovethestandardization，wisdomandrefinementofrehabilitation management.MethodsThe management defects in the execution of treatment tasks，evaluation of rehabilitation treatment，writing of treatment documentsand sharing of treatment information wereanalyzed.Awhole-process management model withtreatment tasks as thecore was established through theconstructionof specialtyinformation and PDCA cycle management，and corresponding optimization measures were proposed.ResultsThrough the information management of rehabilitation treatment，amanagement closed loop centered onthe treatment task was constructed，the whole process managementofrehabilitationtreatment wascompleted，the constructionof treatment file systemand operational data analysis were completed，the integrity of rehabilitation treatment records was improved，andthecollaborative sharing ofvarious roles wasenhanced.Conclusioninformatization combined with closed-loop quality improvement mechanism can improve the standardization of thewholeprocess managementof rehabilitation treatment，helpachieve eficientandrefined managementof rehabilitation treatment tasks，improve work efficiency and ensure treatment safety.
