【Abstract】 Objective To design a novel anesthesia spray device for bronchoscopy anesthesia. Methods The structure of spray device was designed，the spray device was applied in bronchoscopy，and the performance of the sprinkler was tested by experiment.ResultsEffective spray can be formed to achieve mucosal surface anesthesia，which has high efficiency，lowcost，simplestructure，easyoperation，long-termandrepeateduse，meting the expectations of patients and their families，and practicing the slogan of resourcesaving.ConclusionUnder the clinical backgroundofthepoorefectofthetraditionalbronchoscopyanesthesia method，thisanesthesiadevice has great potential competitive advantage and application prospect because of its comprehensive advantages such as high efficiency，convenience and comfort.
