【Abstract】Objective To summarize the experience of digital radiography（DR） in the early diagnosis of fatigue fracture.MethodsDR imagingdataof 10O patients with fatigue fracture from May2O21to October 2024 were collectedandanalyzed.ResultsOf the90 patients，89cases fractured both legs.Among the91 samples，72 cases were located inthe tibia，of which theupper and lower tibiasegments werethe majority，accountingfor 35.2% （32/91）and 27.5%（25/91），respectively.In all patients in the sample，obvious changes in bone were observed on DR Images，such as blurred bone edges，thickening periosteum，narrowing of pulp cavity，bright line shadows in bone， and fracture of bone in severe cases.ConclusionDR plays an important role in the early diagnosis of fatigue fracture.
