Abstract： A two-way fixed effects model was employed to explore the impact and mechanisms of the integrated development of advanced manufacturing and modern logistics industries （referred to as“the two industries”） on green total factor productivity （GTFP）， using panel data of 31 Chinese provinces spanning from 2Oo8 to 2022. The results show that the integration of the two industries enhances GTFP by strengthing supply chain resilience and promoting industrial digital transformation. However， there are significant regional disparities，with the promotional effect being markedly higher in the eastern region compared to other areas. Furthermore，the integrated development of the two industries also promotes industrial synergistic agglomeration. Nevertheless， the impact of industrial synergistic agglomeration on GTFP exhibits a threshold effect，demonstrating a suppressive effect when the threshold is exceeded.
