数实融合赋能高质量发展

——基于青岛区县层面数据的实证检验

Abstract： Based on the panel data of counties and districts in Qingdao from 2Ol6 to 2022， the coupling degree between the digital economy and the real economy，as well as the level of high-quality development in Qingdao were measured by using the coupling coordination model and entropy method. The actual impact and mechanism of the integration of digital and real economies on the high-quality development of Qingdao were empirically examined through panel data regression models，mediation effect models，and spatial panel models. The research results show that the improvement of the integration degree between the digital and real economies in Qingdao is beneficial to promoting high-quality development. The heterogeneity analysis indicates that the promoting effect of the integration of digital and real economies on high-quality development shows significant differences，with the effect being significant in the municipal districts and non-coastal counties，but the effect being not significant in the county-level cities and coastal counties. The mechanism analysis shows that the integration of digital and real economies in Qingdao mainly promotes high-quality development by enhancing the government's fiscal self-suficiency and improving the social welfare of the people. For neighboring counties and districts in terms of economic distance，there is a certain siphon effect on high-quality development among regions.
