Abstract: A magnetic force modeling method for dual-coupling beams energy harvester based on the magnetic current theory was proposed. The nonlinear magnetic force expression between adjacent magnets was derived through establishing the electromechanical coupling dynamic equations of the dual-coupling beams energy harvester and applying the magnetization current method. This derivation reveals how magnet spacing and magnetization intensity regulate the system's potential energy distribution and steady-state characteristics. The research results show that when the magnetization intensity is 10.3×105A/m ,the theoretical model has a high degree of consistency with the measured static restoring force. The system can exhibit bistable characteristics by adjusting the magnet spacing.
