Abstract:Atpresent,machinevisionstillfacesunsatisfiedaccuracyindimensionalmeasurement,soitisdificulttomeet the needsofhigh-precisionmeasurement.Inviewof this,thestudyproposedaSnakemodeloptimizationmethod integrating the multi-stageedgeenhancementmechanism toimprovethevisualdetectionaccuracy.TheCannyoperatorisoptimizedinthe aspects of noisesuppression,multi-directional gradientfeaturecalculationandthresholdsegmentation,theedge pointsetof contourisextracted,andtheinitialpositionngofircularholecontourpositionisrealized.TheinitialcurvesetingoftheSnake algorithmisimprovedtofurtherrefinetheedgeofthetargetareawherethecircularholeislocated.Theoptimizededgepoints arescreenedbyintegrating theRANSAC (randomsampleconsensus)algorithm,sothattheabnormal pointsareremoved.Finally, thecenterandradiusofthecirclearefurtherfitedacuratelybytheleastsquare method,soastorealizethehigh-precision detectionand measurementof the circularhole.Theexperimentsshow thatthesystem can measuretheworkpiece witha precision of 0.02mm ,and the measurement accuracy is significantly higher than that of the traditional Snake algorithm,so the proposed algorithm can meet the detection requirements of industrial high-precision circular hole parts.
