Abstract:Because of thepower suplyand communication wiring diffcultiescaused bytherotating mechanical componentsinthemonitoringsystem,andthedisadvantagesof theexistingconductiveslipring technology,suchaseasywear andshortlife,thispaperdesignedarotating mechanical component monitoringsystem basedonwirelesspowersupply.Firstly, theoreticalanalysis,simulationverificationandhardwaredesignwereconductedontheLCC-Stypemagneticallcoupledwireles powertransmissionsystem,realizing awirelesspowersupplysubsystemcapableof non-contact wirelesspower transmision. Secondly,amonitoringsubsytemwasdsigned,whichouldcoectthetemperaturendvibrationdataofutiplepointsithe rotatingmechanicalcomponentsinreal timeand transmitthem totheuppercomputerviawirelesscommunication.Finalythe ffectivenessof thesystemwasverifiedbybuildingarotatingexperimentalplatformtosimulatetherotationalmotionof mechanical components.Tosumup,thedesignedsystemprovidesafeasibletechnicalsolution forthewirelessmonitoringof rotating mechanical components.
