Abstract：Amethod for monitoring abnormal scenes surveilancevideos incomplex scenes isproposed，whichaims to efectivelyprocessnonlineardatainsurvellancevideosadapttochangesincomplexscenes.Themotiontrajectoryfeatures aspectratieaturescircumscribedrectangularboxes insurveillancevideosareextractedtocomprehensivelydescribethe motionstate posturechanges movingobjects.Onthisbasis，thesupportvectordatadescription （VDD）algorithm isused tindoutthesmalesthypersphereinthefeaturespace thatcontainsallnormalsamples，thekernelfunctionisusedto processnonlineardataincomplex scenes.Thepositionshape thehyperspherearedeterminedbysolving optimization problems.Whetherthesceneisabnormalornotisjudgedaccordingtothediferencebetweenthedistancefromunknownscene samplestothecenterthespheretheradiusthehypersphere.Theexperimentsshowthattheforegroundtargetextracted bythe proposed methodhascompletecontours，richdetails，thereisalmostnobrokenorredundantareasinthescenes.In adition，itcanaccuratelycapturemarkabnormaleventslikefightingbrawling.Tosumup，itisanefectivemethodfor abnormal scene monitoring surveillance videos.
