Abstract:Particlesizeof sluryisacritical control parameter inmineral processing.Existingparticlesizemeasurement methods,suchaslaserdifractionimageanalysis,andtaditionalsdimentation-sievingtchniques,oftensuferfromliitations includingtheinabitytoperformeal-timeonlinemonitoring,sensitivitytosurryconcentrationandopticalproperties,and significantsampling errors.Inviewoftheabove,thisstudyproposesanultrasonic-basedslurrparticlesizedetectiontechology. Byanalyzingtheatenuationandscateringcharacteristicsofultrasonicwavepropagatingthroughthesurry,signalfeatures correlatedwithparticlesizedistributionareextracted,enablingnon-contact,real-time,andonlinemonitoringof slurry granularity.Onthisbasis,astar-shapedwirelesssensor network wasdevelopedbyintegrating domesticLoRAmodulesTP1107 andTP2210 gateways.A combined spreading schemeusing SIMS spread spectrum andFSK modulation was adopted to achieve low-power,multi-node,andlong-distancedatatransmision.ThegatewayemploystheAir78OEPSCat.1cellarcommunication moduleandMQTTprotocol touploadparticlesizedata tothecloudplatforminreal time,supportingremote monitoringand intellgntanalysis.Testresultsdemonstratethatteproposedsystemofershighaccuracyandstrongreal-timeperformancein detectingparticlesizeofsuspendedsolids,withstablewirelesstransmissionviabothLoRAand4Gmodules,providingreliable technicalsupportforsurryparticlesizemonitoring.Theproposedsystemfeaturesflexibledeployment,lowpowerconsumption, andstrongenvironmentaladaptabilitymakingitwellsuitedforintellgentmonitoringandindustrialaplicationsincomplex slurry conditions.
