Real-time trajectory prediction method based on DAE_PARGRU for flying targets

Abstract:Theexistingtrajectorypredictionmethodsarenottargeted,dificulttoadjustdynamically,anddificulttoensure thereal-time predictionaccuracy,sothispaperproposesareal-time trajectoryprediction methodbasedonDAE_PARGRU for flyingtargetsThehistoricaldetectiontrajectoryandthecorrspondingtheoreticaltrajectoryarescreenedaccordingtothe characteristicsofthecurrntflyingtargets.Thenoisecharacteristicsof the detecteddataaredeterminedbythedenoising AutoEncoder(DAE)network,andthenthenoiseprocessingofthetheoretical trajectoryoftheurrenttargetisompleted,soas togenerateoflinetrainingdatamoresuitablefortheactualappicationscenario.Theprefabricatedmodelisconstructedbythe paralelconstructionofthetypicalgaterecurrentunit(GRU)networkandtheoptimizationdesignofthelossfunctionandthe offlinetrainingoftheprefabicatedmodelisompletedbyoflinetrainingdata.Ten,thereal-timedataisusedtocompletethe modelmigrationlearningandthefinetuneofthemodelparameters.Finaly,thestreamingdatasetisinputintothemigration learningmodel,soastoachievereal-timepredictionofteflighttargettrajectory.Paralelmonitoringanddynamicadjustent areadoptedtoimprovetheaccuracyof thepredictionwhileoutputingthepredictionresultsbyintegrating thedetectedvalues andpredictedvalues.Thesimulationexperimentsshowthattheproposed methodhasmorestableperformance,moreconvenient adjustmentabilitystrongerpertienceandhigher predictioneficiency.Atthesametime,theproposedalgorithmcanalsoplay thefunctions ofdata complement and impact point prediction in the actual scenario by its modular implementation.
