噪声背景下基于累加排列熵加权的雷达目标检测方法

Abstract:Whenthenumberofpulses issmall,theperformanceofthetraditionalFFT-basedradar targetdetectionmethod innoisebackgroundwilldeclinesignificantlyduetospectralleakage.Inviewofthis,thepaperproposesaradartargetdetection methodbasedonweighted cumulative permutationentropybycombiningcoherent procesing with permutation entropyfeatures. Firstly,thespectralleakageanditscauses,aswellasthemethodofddingwindows toreduceleakageareanalyzed.Thn,the principleandmethodoftheweightedcumulativepermutationentropyandtheconstructionof thedetectionstatisticare elaborated.Finally,thevariationsofthedetectionthresholdoftheproposdmethodunderdiferentnoisepowerlevelsandits detectionperformanceunderdiferentnumbersofpulsesaresimulated,espectively.Thesimulationanalysisshowsthatthe proposedmethodcanmaintaintheconstantfalse-alarmrate(CFAR)characteristic.Moreover,itsdetectionperformanceis superiortothatofthetraditionalFFT-basedradartargetdetectionmethod,especiallywhenthenumberofpulsesissmall.The proposed method can also be applied in scenarios where cluter and targets are separable in the Doppler domain.
