SA-OMP harmonic and interharmonic detection based on the optimization of sparsity

Abstract:Inviewof theproblemsinthedenoising ofthe traditional matching tracking classalgorithms,aharmonicand interharonicsignaldetectionmethodwhichcombinessimulatedannealing(SA)algorithmandorthogonalmatchingpursuit (OMP)algorithm to optimize the sparsity k is proposed. The SA algorithm is introduced into the OMP to optimize the sparsity search proces.Bytherandomsearchandannealing mechanismofSA,theoptimal sparsityissearcheddynamically,which makesthe sparserepresentationreach a balance between reconstruction errorandsparsityunderaspecificsparse transform base andavodstheover-fiting(retainingtoomuchnoise)orunder-fiting(losingthekeycomponentsofthesignal)causedbyfixing the k value.The simulation shows thatthe proposedalgorithmcanaccuratelydetect each harmonic and interharmonic component undertheconditionofnoise,andthemaximumdetectionerorsofamplitudeandphaseareO.8%andO.O214rad,respectiely. The signalreconstructedbySA-OMPhasahighdegreeoffiting with theoriginalsignal.Incomparisonwiththoseof the traditionalOgorititsial-oeatisceasediicantlyothits(easuaeeor)Eeai errorare mprovedsomewhat,anditsMSEandrelativeerrorcanreachO.O41andO.18,respectivelyeveninthecaseoflowSNR of10dB.The proposed algorithm hasobvious denoising efect and is efectivefor harmonic and interharmonic detection.
