Abstract:Toclarifytheeffects oforganic fertilizerson thephysicochemical propertiesand microbial environmentof soilsin tea gardensandthesuroundingareas,this studysystematicallyevaluatedthesoilphysicochemical properties,microbialcommunitystructure,and teaqualityusing inductivelycoupled plasma massspectrometry(ICP-MS)andhighthroughputsequencing technologies.Theresultsindicatedthatcomparedtotheapplicationofchemicalfertilizers,theuseof organicfertilizerssignificantlyincreasedtheaminoacidcontentintealeavesandreducedthecaffeinecontent.TheapplicationoforganicfertilizerssignificantlyincreasedthetotalpotassiumcontentandpHvalueinteagardensoilbutdecreasedthetotal phosphorus content and availablephosphorus content. Theapplicationof organic fertilizerssignificantlyreduced the contents of Cu,Pb and Cd in tea garden soil,markedlyincreased the relative abundance of bacteria suchas Acinetobacter,Burkholderia,Streptomyces,Nitrospiraand Rhizobium,anddecreased therelativeabundanceofAcidothermus,Mizugakiibacter,Variibacter,Acidobacterium, and Acidicaldus.In conclusion,the application of organic fertilizers improves the soil environment in tea gardens,promotes theenrichmentof beneficial microorganisms,thereby enhancing teaqualityandreducing heavymetalcontamination.Thefindingsofthisstudyprovidevaluableinsightsfortheecologicalmanagementofteagardensandtheadvancement of sustainable agricultural development.
