微酸性电解水对桃果实采收后软腐病的防治效果

Abstract:Peach fruit,characterizedbyitsthinskinandsoftflesh,ishighlysusceptibletofungal infectionsafterharvest.The resulting diseases,particularly softrot, significantlyreduce itsstorage life and marketvalue.To identifytheoptimal concentration and treatment timeof slightlyacidicelectrolyzed water(SAEW)forcontrolling postharvest soft rotin peach fruit,the causal pathogen was isolated,purified,and identified asthe strain Rhizopus stolonifer TF-1. Spores and mycelia of the pathogen were treated with SAEW at differentmass concentrations,andtheinhibitory effectswere assessed.The results showed that treatmentwith 100mg/L SAEWfor five minutes effectively reducedthesporegerminationrateofstrainTF-1,inhbitedmycelial growth,ndinducedtheleakageofcelularproteinsand nucleic acids.Propidium iodide(PI) staining revealed that 93.29% of spores exhibited compromised membrane integrity, demonstrating thesignificantbactericidal eficacyofSAEW.This studydemonstrates thatSAEWcaneffectivelysuppressthe growthof Rhizopus stolonifer,highlighting itspotentialasasafe,cost-efective,andeficientfungicidalagentformanaging postharvest soft rot in peach.
