Abstract：Basedonthepaneldatafrom China's31provincial-leveladministrativeregions （excludingHongKong，Macao，and Taiwan）from212toO22thisstudyemploysatwo-wayfixedefectmodelandaBotstrapmediationefectmodeltoexaminethe promotingimpact ofnewqualityproductiveforces inagricultureonagricultural greendevelopmentandthe ransmissionmechanisms throughenvironmentalregulationsandindustrialtructureupgrading.Heterogeneitytestsareusedtoexplairegionaldiferences inhownewquality productiveforces inagriculture promote agricultural gren development.The findings revealthatnewquality productiv forcesinagriculturesignificantlypromotesagriculturalgreendevelopment，andthisconcusionholdsupunderrobstss tests including one-period lag， 1% tail trimming，and specific sample exclusion.Environmental regulations and industrial structure upgradingpartiallymediate therelationshipbetweennewqualityproductiveforces inagricultureandagriculturalgreendevelopment. Thepromotingefectofnewqualityproductiveforces inagricultureonagriculturalgreendevelopment exhibitssignificantregional heterogeneitywithstrongerpromotingectsseedinentraladesteegisnd-ajorga-producingeasred toeastemregionsandmajorgrain-producingareas.Basedonthesefindings，the studyproposesimplementingdiferentiatedregional development strategies，andfurtherupgradingidustrialstructureandstrengtheningenvironmentalregulations，soastoprovidea favorablemarket environment andinstitutionalsafeguardsfornewqualityproductiveforces inagriculture todriveagriculturalgreen development.
