Abstract:QitaiheCityinHeilongjiangProvincehaspracticedtheconceptof“TwoMountains”andsteadilyimprovedtheecological quaityfvegetation,makingittefistiyinHeilongjangProvincetoewardedthetitleof“China’sClimateLivableCityBasedon theMedium-resolutionImaging Spectrum(MODIS)dataandmonthlymeteorologicaldata,thisstudyevaluatedthespatio-temporal changesfmeteorolgicalconditionsandvegeationeologicalduringthegowingseasoninQitaieCityfrom2OOOto23Teresults showed that the vegetation ecological quality index in 2O23 increased by 14.8% compared with 20Oo,and the vegetation ecological quality inmostforestareaswashigherthanthatoffarmlandandgrassandFrom2OoOto2O23,thevegetationecologyofQitaiheCitywasimprovedsawhole,tharbonsquestrationdygeneeasecpacityofforstvegetationssignificantlyhncedndtad production capacity was significantly improved.
