Abstract：Theecologicalandenvironmentalfundsproectisthewayndmeanstofulfilltheecologicalenvionmentgoverancetasks andconsitutesasignificantsupportfordvancingtheconstructionofabeautifulChina.Standardizedprojectmanagementiscrucialfor exertingheeficacyofologicalndenvironentalfundsndnsuringtenviromentalbenefitsbroughtbyteprojectsThsach sortsouteentsausofologcalandoetalfundsroectsieoessofplangeesllla supervisionreovr，inoatiowitctualistigatiosndorkingepereeitalystistingsortcoinse rentprojectmanagementprocess.Ontisasis，fromfouraspectsincludingehancingtheroectplaingabilityromotingteiple mentationandmaxizeenefitsoftheprojects，trengtheingthecostructioofteprofesioaltechicaluaranteesstmndn tegratingsupeisiosouesitusdpoposddedaageettateiesforteoectsithtxpctatiofoi dingsuggestions forestablishingastandardized management system throughout theentire lifecycleofthe projects.
